The value for money at Greenfinch was unbeatable, we got so much for what we paid. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a fantastic outside area.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had a wider variety of options.

The cottage was beautiful and cozy, with all the necessary facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen and a hair dryer.
There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the supposed "secure" garden was actually not secure at all for dogs.

Stayed at a lovely cottage a few times already and absolutely love it, brought my family this time and they felt exactly the same. The hosts are so helpful and the accommodation is clean, cosy and welcoming. The extra touches like a welcome pack and a Christmas tree really make it feel special. The village itself is beautiful, small but so pretty. Unfortunately the pub/restaurant/spa were closed this time around but we will make up for that next time we visit. Another fantastic stay!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

It was ideally situated, with a pub and restaurant just a 2-minute walk away. We loved exploring the beautiful Northumberland area. the cottage was comfortable and had great facilities, including private parking and a lovely outside space.
There was a strong chemical smell in the porch and bathroom at times, which affected my allergies.
